My Journey into Silence and Sound – How I Found Anahat Nad

๐ŸŒฟ Introduction

Before the silence, there was noise.

Like many seekers, my spiritual path began with restlessness — searching outside, reading endlessly, trying techniques that felt mechanical. But everything changed when I heard the inner sound.

Here is my journey — from silence to Anahat Nad.

๐Ÿง˜‍♂️ The Turning Point

One evening, during a silent sit, something shifted. I wasn’t trying to meditate. I was simply… still.

Then I heard it. A soft ringing. It wasn’t tinnitus. It wasn’t coming from my ears. It was inside.

As days passed, it became clearer. The hum grew into a song. A subtle flute. A vibration that guided my awareness inward.

๐Ÿ“˜ What I Learned Along the Way

  • The Anahat Nad is real — but subtle

  • You can’t chase it — it arrives in surrender

  • Consistency matters more than duration

  • The sound is always playing — silence reveals it

  • Inner stillness is the doorway to divine presence

๐Ÿง  Inner Transformation

After months of daily practice, I noticed:

  • My thoughts quieted naturally

  • I felt more connected to others, less reactive

  • There was a deep inner joy, independent of circumstances

This was the start of a life-long relationship with the sound that never leaves.

๐Ÿ™ Conclusion

This blog and my book Awakening with Anahat Nad are born from that experience. If you're seeking deeper stillness, this path may be yours too.
