๐ Your Journey into Anahat Nad Begins
Welcome to Niran Bodhi – a space dedicated to the deep and subtle path of Anahat Nad (เค เคจाเคนเคค เคจाเคฆ), also known as Nฤda Yoga (เคจाเคฆ เคฏोเค). Whether you're a curious beginner, a sincere seeker (sadhak เคธाเคงเค), or an experienced meditator, this blog is designed to support your journey into the world of inner sound meditation.
๐ง♂️ What Is Anahat Nad?
Anahat Nad means the “unstruck sound” (เค เคจाเคนเคค เคง्เคตเคจि) — a subtle inner vibration that arises not from external sources but from the depths of your own consciousness. This is not about chanting or music; it’s about tuning in to the inner dhvani (เคง्เคตเคจि) that leads to silence, stillness, and deep spiritual connection.
It is the core of a spiritual practice called Nฤda Yoga—the Yoga of Inner Sound.

Everything I share here is from my own journey of Anahat Nad dhyan. This is not theory—it’s lived experience. May it serve your inner silence.
May you hear the soundless sound.
